		<description>I have found over the years that productive bfriefings are best held with closed blinds or in rooms where the are no windows.  This results in undevided attention on the subject at hand.  It is important that all particpants leave the briefing fully imformed on the subject not on what is going on outside of thebuilding.  Would you agree with that?</description>
